For these 2 unique properties, Verbeek Vastgoedfinanciering has realized a suitable, short-term financing. It concerns a property with the functions of hotel, meeting center and restaurant in the Rotterdam area and a restaurant with upper floors that are being transformed to residential in Amsterdam (photo left).

Since there were several renovation works yet to be performed and not all permits were in place, short-term financing was chosen where the refinancing moment is flexible and can be effected when the permits are in place.
